...and then 45 minutes later I woke up and it was dark out!
Can you imagine what my neighbors were thinking when they passed my driveway and saw myself and my two babies sleeping in the parked car? It was a great nap though!
So after they went nigh-night, I went to work on Reygan's St. Patrick's day shirt and bow. I tried my first freezer paper stencil! I used E-6000 and green glitter to make a shamrock. I think it went well! And then I made her a mini korker bow to match! I love this size because little girl doesn't have much hair still and anything bigger and she looks silly.
The best part was that I got the shirt from Walmart for $2.00, and all I had to buy was freezer paper ($2.79 at our grocery store)!
We went to the St. Patrick's day parade in St. Louis this morning. We took the Metro over and walked around downtown most of the time because it was so crowded we couldn't really even see the parade. I thought I was super-mom and that I had remembered everything and we get half way there and I realized I forgot my camera. I nearly cried.
So when we got home we had a mini-photo shoot outside the house!
I LOVE this little girl...and these shoes too!
Caveat: I'm going to edit some of these tomorrow, but I wanted to get in a post today.
We even invited Brother.
This is one of my favorites because it is her telling me "one more". Of course it was quiet a few more!
And here is my favorite-est! I love how her eyes match her blue jeans! Being a mommy to this little sweetie is the BEST!
Have a GREAT weekend!
SO CUTE!!! Love that shirt!
