I had a favor table set up in the dining room next to the gift table and cake/deserts.
I used baby food jars that I had been collecting. I spray painted the lids pink and used a glue dot to put on a punched ant.
I used my cricut to cut out a scalloped circle and a slotted circle and attached with black ribbon. I hand wrote "Thanks a Melon" on each one because I wanted a more personal touch. I filled each jar with jelly bellies in pinks, greens and a few black for seeds.
The display was SUPER cheap. I went to the post office and
acted like I was going to be sending packages of various sizes picked up several free flat rate shipping boxes. I wrapped them in a dollar store roll of pink wrapping paper. I spiced them up with ribbon and some cricut cut outs.
I also set out wallet sized pictures for family to pick up and take on the way out! They appreciated that.
I was really pleased with the how the favors turned out. I loved the display, I loved how inexpensive it all was and all the guests loved them too!
Tomorrow's post will be my FAVORITE! I was sooo happy with how the cake table and desert table turned out.
